OUR CODE OF ETHICS
 We will perform faithfully all services agreed upon with our clients, whether in oral or written agreements.
 We will undertake to render to our clients only those services which we are able to perform competently. We will not attempt to upgrade our skills at our client's expense.
 In all of our relationships with clients and their transportation suppliers we will deal candidly and fairly with facts.
 We will accept no commission, rebate or any other benefit from other parties in connection with services rendered to our clients.
 Money or other trust property belonging to our clients, coming into our possession during the course of our relationship, will not be commingled with our own property, nor will it be used in any manner except as instructed by the client.
 All information concerning a client's business and affairs, furnished to us during the course of our relationship will be considered and held confidential. It will not be disclosed or used adversely to the client, either during or subsequent to that relationship, unless such disclosure is authorized by the client or is required by law.
 At no time will we undertake to serve conflicting interests, nor will we knowingly represent two clients who directly compete with one another.
 At no time will we knowingly engage in or attempt to perform any service which might encourage, abet or lead to any unlawful act
