However, hiring full time specialists for what would be, for them, a part-time requirement would not be economically sound.</div> <bR> <div> Complete Traffic Service Inc. was formed to fill that void by becoming, in effect, a part time traffic department for such firms.</div> <bR> <div> Our steady growth and demonstrated customer loyalty since that time is evidence that the need for help, perceived in 1980, was real and that we have been successful in meeting that need.</div> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
